At Rok&Billie, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Is the item not quite right for you? No problem — you can always return it within the statutory withdrawal period.

Return period

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt to cancel without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.

Terms and Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition:

• Unused and unworn
• With all accessories and original labels
• If possible in the original packaging

We cannot accept products with traces of use, make-up, odors or damage. do not fully credit .

Return costs

The costs for returning from your address to our store are at your own expense. These amount to approximately €7.25 per package . Please consult your carrier's tariff for the current price.

Refund

We will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs for the outward journey, within 14 days after registering your return , provided the product has been returned in good condition.

Is the product damaged or is the packaging more damaged? then necessary to try the product? Then we can offset the depreciation of the return.

After registration you will receive the return instructions by email.
