The general terms and conditions below may be used by members of WebwinkelKeur. Rok&Billie complies with the most important European and Dutch regulations regarding distance selling.

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

• Entrepreneur : Rok&Billie – the natural person or legal entity that offers products and/or services remotely to consumers.
• Consumer : the natural person who is not acting for purposes relating to his trade, business or profession and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
• Distance contract : a contract concluded between the consumer and the consumer within the framework of a distance selling system organised by the entrepreneur, whereby exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication.
• Reflection period : the period within which the consumer can make use of his right of withdrawal.
• Right of withdrawal : the option for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between entrepreneur and consumer.

Article 4 – The offer

If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be expressly stated. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products and/or services.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set out therein. If the consumer accepts the offer electronically has accepted, the entrepreneur shall immediately confirm receipt of acceptance electronically.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

When products are delivered, the consumer has the option to cancel the agreement without giving any reason You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Further explanation can be found in our separate document Returns / Right of withdrawal .

Article 7 – Costs in case of revocation

If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the costs of return will be borne at the consumer's expense. Any decrease in value due to use beyond what is necessary for the determining the nature and functioning of the product can be passed on to the consumer.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The entrepreneur can exclude the right of withdrawal for products:

• which are manufactured to consumer specifications;
• hygiene articles where the seal has been broken;
• services and digital matters that are performed immediately after consent has been given.

Article 9 – The price

The prices of the products will not be increased during the validity period of the offer, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates.

Article 10 – Conformity and warranty

The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications, and reasonable expectations of soundness. For further explanation, please refer to our document Warranty .

Article 11 – Delivery and execution

The entrepreneur will take the utmost care when receiving and fulfill orders. Delivery takes place via MyParcel/PostNL or another carrier.

Article 12 – Payment

Payment must be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop. If the consumer does not pay on time, the entrepreneur is entitled to charge collection costs.

Article 13 – Complaints procedure

Complaints must first be reported to us via info@rok-en-billie.nl . If this doesn't lead to a solution, the consumer can contact WebwinkelKeur. for mediation.

Article 14 – Disputes

Agreements between entrepreneurs and consumers to which these general terms and conditions apply relate, exclusively Dutch law applies.

Article 15 – Additional or deviating provisions

Additional or deviating provisions may not be to the detriment of the consumer and must to be recorded in writing.
