The general terms and conditions below may be used by members of WebwinkelKeur. Rok&Billie complies with the key European and Dutch rules regarding distance selling.

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Business: Rok&Billie – the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services remotely to consumers.
• Consumer: the natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, or profession and who enters into a distance contract with the business.
• Distance contract: a contract concluded, within the framework of a system for the distance sale of products organized by the business, using only one or more means of distance communication.
• Withdrawal period: the period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
• Right of Withdrawal: the consumer's right to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the business and to every distance contract concluded between the business and the consumer.

Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be expressly stated. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set out for it. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the business will promptly confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

When products are delivered, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt. Further details are provided in our separate document Returns / Right of Withdrawal.

Article 7 – Costs in the event of withdrawal

If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the consumer. Any reduction in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature and operation of the product may be charged to the consumer.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The business may exclude the right of withdrawal for products:

• that have been manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications;
• hygiene products whose seal has been broken;
• services and digital content performed immediately after consent.

Article 9 – Price

Product prices will not be increased during the validity period of the offer, except for price changes resulting from changes in VAT rates.

Article 10 – Conformity and warranty

The business warrants that the products conform to the agreement and specifications, and meet reasonable expectations of quality. For further information, please refer to our Warranty document.

Article 11 – Delivery and performance

The business will exercise the utmost care when receiving and processing orders. Delivery will be made via MyParcel/PostNL or another carrier.

Article 12 – Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on the webshop. If the consumer does not pay on time, the business is entitled to charge collection fees.

Article 13 – Complaints procedure

Complaints must first be reported to us via info@rok-en-billie.nl. If this does not resolve the issue, the consumer can contact WebwinkelKeur for mediation.

Article 14 – Disputes

Only Dutch law applies to agreements between the business and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply.

Article 15 – Additional or different provisions

Additional or different provisions may not be to the detriment of the consumer and must be recorded in writing.
